I'd suggest a better title "How to detect a SEO scam". It'd be more precise, since most SEOs I know are pretty good.

In fact, the examples you listed are not SEOs, but scams. You shouldn't call them SEOs. SEO is someone who builds, improves and promotes a website with something valuable, using useful content and such. Cheating a customer is a fraud, really and it shouldn't be called SEO.</description>
