Adgridwork are good people. Although I doubt they would referral spam anyone knowingly, faking your referer for more traffic is nothing illegal and I use it all the time for promotion. It's unique techniques like these that separate the men from the boys so to speak when it comes to internet marketing.

Sergey -
We did not hire any marketing company and rely solely on our users and our search engine standings to bring us traffic. We rank for some very competitive terms related to our niche and thus do not need to spam blogs like you are talking about. Perhaps users who are serving our ads are visiting your pages after visiting ours. Regardless, for you to make a statement like this on your blog without any facts other than our 'website appearing in your logs' is not only unprofessional, but hurts our service as well.

I understand it, but I am not the only one who claim that your site appear in people referral. Did you hire any "marketing company"?

Sergey -
First off, you're obviously a little rusty when identifying spam ... a quick Google search for http://www.google.com/search?q=%22I+found+your+site+on+technorati+and+read+a+few+of+your+other+posts.%22&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
shows that you're recent commenter has hit about 32000 pages with his spam comment....

Second off...AdGridwork has not been spamming anyone and is not a big company ... it is run by both myself and my schoolmate Kyle in our free time and was provided as a service to help bloggers and small business owners get the word out about their products and content. I have no idea how our site appeared in your referral logs and how one would even go about doing that as we obviously don't link to you anywhere on our page.

It's pretty crappy that you'll shoot down a free service aimed at helping others when you have no clue what its about, the people behind it and what spam really is (see comment #1 Allen Taylor).

I found your site on technorati and read a few of your other posts. Keep up the good work. I just added your RSS feed to my Google News Reader. Looking forward to reading more from you.
