		<description>I am also experiencing this as a problem. I am receing new messages every single day, especially on MyBlogLog and Blogcatalog regarding voting and technorati favs.

At StumbleUpon I have been contacted a few times by "friends" asking me to Stumble their sites as well. But it doesn't seem to be as big a problem there as the other social networks.</description>
