Founder

Sergey Rusak is a web developer and marketing specialist who began his career in 1999 as a freelance web designer and publisher in the nation of Belarus located in Eastern Europe. In 2003, Sergey moved to The United States where he began to work for a small company called Garjovan Enterprises providing web hosting and online store management services. In 2005 Sergey created the website promotion company ManhattanService Network which has since morphed to become TechWeb Media.
